BACK UP YOUR IMAGES! These photos are precious & you’ll want to re-visit them many years later. Look at these vintage gems! ;) I loved seeing my parents & grandparents photos.

I store your photos on my drives for 1 year, while your Pass gallery says it is backed up for 10 years.

Digital media (External hard drives, thumb drives, digital files; etc) can & do go bad over time. I recommend you use an off-site option like Dropbox (in addition to your Pass wedding gallery), in case of fire, theft or if the Pass app/database somehow fails.

Some of you have giant wedding galleries & if they are older it will take Pass a little while to retrieve for download. But at the very least back up your favorites!! PLEASE!

In addition to storing a copy online, getting your favorite images printed, as prints or albums is another way to have a copy. You can also give a family member a copy (digital files or parent album) for safekeeping. Plus I my opinion, photos are meant to be printed.

If you are ever interested in an archival album, here is what I offer. If you'd like to make your own for less I recommend, Artifact Uprising they started offering a layflat album & have collections with parent albums.

Last thing I will say to scare you to do this is, when my mother in law went back to our online wedding gallery years later cuz she wanted to make some more prints, the link had expired. I had to dig through old hard drives to find the photos. And I hdid previous upload it to another offsite place that had deleted all my files when my bill had lapsed due to an old credit card where I hadn’t noticed any important emails from them. I’m talkin years of photos! Luckily they were still on viable hard drives. So seriously, DO IT!
